Why can't my newspaper be delivered to the steps of my apartment instead of infront of my garage? Do I live in my garage? No! And then my idiot neighbors run over the paper, on Sunday it was shredded. I keep calling the Chronicle, but they don't seem to be able to do anything besides putting a note to the carrier.
